Welcome to my blog. The purpose of my writing is to share research and practical musings about education, physical culture and body politics with educators, parents and students in an accessible way. I aim to help students find joy through education and movement and to promote well-being and mindful moments in a technology-driven era. I am also particularly interested in thinking about anxiety and stress in our young people and ways to help them become self-actualized in a busy world. It is my hope that we can join in important conversations about education together.
